DWF:
Snow Day 2001 Results!
*The show opened with “The Main Event” James Green coming out and
going over that days card, which was put together by Soilent Green.
Expecting his “buddy” Soilent to grant him a title shot that day,
James found himself surprised when it was announced that Tybolt Lemur
would defend the DWF World Title against Soilent and Reckless would meet
Lord Fairrington for a QC Title! Angered having to wrestle Pitfighter
that day, James Green stormed off.
Match One: Skulleosus vs Mr. Sunday: This contest was an epic as Mr.
Sunday entered with Lord Fairrington in tow. ‘The Skull Faced
Monster” then made his own entrance and ran at the golfer with a
chair. Mr. Sunday quickly put a foot up, crushing the chair into
Skulleosus’ head, then delivered as piledriver onto the chair for the victory! That makes two shows in a
row where Skulleosus has lost in under 90 seconds.
*DWF Cameras found James Green in the back talking with…..SNAKE FIGHT?
Green went on about how he realizes what the DWF is all about, catering
to the egos of the established stars. James told Snake Fight that all
they have done since entering the DWF is wrestle each other, and it
hasn’t gotten them anywhere. Green told Snake Fight they can actually
move up in the DWF if they joined forces. “The One Man Army” stared
a hole through James Green and walked off.
Match Two: Angel De Mourte vs Twisted: After reuniting with Belldandy at
“Wrestling On Ice” Angel was more ready then ever to beat Twisted
and maybe get Rally Vincent back from his lordship. Twisted however
looked more fired up then usual made good work of Angel with a chair.
The contest was actually a lot better then we here at DWFonline expected
it to be. Both men fought outside the DWF Arena for a moment before
returning inside. A few minutes later, Twisted got the win with a new
move of his, a short arm DDT which we’ll call the “Twist and
Shout” till we can think up a better name. This is Twisted's first
ever win!
*After the match Angel confronted the entire Congregation and turned on
Belldandy, leveling her with a clothesline! Angle gave Lord Fairrington
a big hug and the evil group was finally totally formed! Suddenly then,
an eerie “Halloween” like music began playing, and Lord Fairrington
sent Angel outside to find out what was interrupting their celebration.
Minutes later, Angel was heard screaming and found laid out outside the
DWF Arena. What happened, we really don’t have a clue.
Match Three: Pitfighter vs James Green: This match was a lot like their
tournament match from “New Years Revolution”. Green showed a more
vicious side in this contest, but Pitfighter was more crazed then ever,
eventually snapping and dropping Green with the Tombstone Piledriver and
getting the win! DWF officials then stated that Pitfighter would get a
shot at Reckless at DWF: My Bloody Valentine for the QC Title!
*Lord Fairrington and Angel then issued a warning to Reckless, saying
tonight would be the night Lord Fairrington took over the DWF
Match Four: pSyChO Fed World Title: Stardust vs Snake Fight: A clash of
styles between these two turned into a very good contest. Snake Fight
started quickly taking Stardust down with some stuff punches and elbow
drops. The garage ceiling didn’t hinder Snake Fight’s movement
at all as at one point as Stardust got up, Snake Fight jumped up,
grabbed a rafter, then dropped down with a Super Rocker Dropper! Snake
Fight then put Stardust in a garbage can and gave it a huge legdrop,
crushing the pF World Champ. Stardust has his moment also. Forced to
brawl with Snake Fight, Stardust crushed a cinder block on his lower
regions and dropkicked his head almost completely off. Stardust even
managed to get Snake Fight in the “Oshkosh Bender”, but the “One
Many Army” kicked out of it. As the match came to a close, Stardust
managed a quick Russian leg sweep on the big man for the three!!!???
Snake Fight got up as the ref awarded the match to Stardust, claiming
his shoulders weren’t pinned! Snake Fight gave the ref the Implant
DDT, pushed Stardust aside in disgust and left.
Match Five: QC Title: Reckless vs Lord Fairrington (w/ Angel De
Morality): Now calling himself “Angel De Morality” Angel gave a long
rambling promo about unacceptable behavior, causing Reckless to come out
and shut them both up! Reckless dominated Fairrington early the bout
with simple punches and kicks, but his Lordship actually came back with
an armbar! A little interference from Angel backfired, but Fairrington
nailed the “Hail Mary” out of nowhere! His Lordship took waaaaaay too
much time making a cover, and Rich quickly kicked out. Fairrington
picked Reckless up and was suddenly driven to the ground and locked in
the crossface. Rich gets the win via submission in a not too difficult
match. He goes on to meet Pitfighter in two weeks!
*in the back, James Green caught up with Stardust. Green went on about
how getting rid of the old guard used to be Stardust’s thing, but now
he IS the old guard. Green said he used to admire how Stardust stepped
over everyone to get to the DWF Title, but now he’d just gotten soft.
James went as far to tell Stardust he was the true most talented,
gifted, and knowledgeable athlete in the DWF and that “Stardust is
dead, long live James Green”. As he was walking away Stardust grabbed
Green and said if he really wanted to be the best, they would go at it
at My Bloody Valentine in a 60 Minute Iron Man Match!! James Green
nodded and before he could say “that’s great, cause I’m James
Green and I’m Main Event” Stardust slapped him and said, “I’m
going to show you who the best wrestler in the DWF is kid….believe
that hype.” A quick staredown between the two occurred as DWF cameras
were cut off.
Match Six: DWF World Title: Soilent Green vs Tybolt Lemur: This was an
odd contest, but its’ a Tybolt match! Tybolt looked more motivated
then usual, going right at Soilent and driving his head into the picnic
table. Tybolt nailed a few big chops and leached to the back of The
Soilent One. Soilent fought back using his overwhelming power on the
champ. They went back and forth, but Tybolt out of nowhere went for a
Bum’s Rush. Soilent blocked it and nailed “Greener Pastures”, and
then James Green ran in! Using a baseball bat Green laid out both
Soilent and the DWF World Champion! Saying nothing at all, Green walked
off camera as DWF officials ruled the match a no contest, Tybolt is
still the DWF World Champion!
